South Amherst Pride
We have two facilities in South Amherst - our hometown - to best serve you. Sure, it might be a drive from the hustle and bustle areas of the big cities, but our customers will tell you, the drive is worth the quality. The Vaughn family raised their children here and love the community. Our facilities are minutes from the Baumhart road and Route 58 exits of the Turnpike. While you are here, be sure to visit the great local attractions such as the many farmers markets, flea markets, vineyards, restaurants, and shops around our neighborhood.
Newly Renovated Repair Centers
In 2016, we completed the overhaul of our service centers with the goal of customer comfort and repair efficiency. Our main facility on route 58 saw the addition of new an additional bay door, a refreshed exterior and all new customer lobby. The location on state route 113 received new car lifts and equipment.
Auto Repair & 24 Hour Towing
Old fashion customer care and commitment.
If you need a maintenance check before a family vacation, brakes replaced or something more serious like a new engine, Vaughn's Auto Repair can fix it. Unlike our competitors, we do not have "service technicians" who have quota's for revenue (a.k.a. charging as much as possible and finding "phantom" repairs on your vehicle). In our company the people you are likely to speak with is a member of the Vaughn family. Nobody reports to absent owners or investors - you report to Dad (Dave). And like any family, you don't mess with Dad. What does Dave want? Customer care and properly running cars.
Modern Technology (and Dave).
Regardless if your vehicle is a modern juggernaut or a classic speedster, our facilities use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to evaluate your vehicle performance.
Let's face it, today's vehicles are as much computer as they are mechanical. We will attach our analytic devices to your car, truck, van or suv for a complete readout of the various areas of your vehicles operations. From there, we can determine the root cause of what may going on under the hood.
And those classic cars? Well, we have something for that, too.He is called Dave. He grew up around cars and can accurately name issues going on with a car just by listening to it while it goes down the road. That is something school cannot teach rookie mechanics.
